About The Founder

Martin Paz is the Founder & Principal of Tupana Strategy. Martin began his career in Geospatial technology through his undergraduate studies at Villanova University with a double major in Geography & Environmental Studies.

 

He worked for Pacific PIR, an environmental consulting firm in Lima, Peru for 1 year before completing his Master's degree in GIS at SUNY Buffalo. He then worked for Esri for 5 years, spending the majority of his tenure as a Consultant and Project Manager within Esri's Professional Services Division.

 

Following his time with Esri, Martin received an MBA from INSEAD School of Business in Fontainebleau, France. After completing business school, Martin led Pix4D's Commercial Division for North America & Latin America for 2 years.

 

Martin has since consulted with several Geospatial companies across the globe. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
